services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following
terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that
you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If
you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using
or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are
protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Vedova Sagl
will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not
read the below terms of service.

Terms

  • By placing an order with Vedova Sagl, you automatically accept
    all the below listed terms of service and it is assumed as you
    have read and agreed.
  • You agree by ordering or accepting this agreement that you are
    at least 18 years of age and/or if it is required, you have your
    guardians consent.
  • We reserve the right to change these terms of service without further
    notice and any changes will be updated here. You are expected to read
    all terms of service before placing any order to ensure you are up to
    date with any changes or any future changes therein.
  • Vedova Sagl does not expressly guarantee a specific delivery time for
    any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be
    delivered. This is only an estimation and Vedova Sagl will not
    refund/replace orders that have already placed in processing if you
    feel they are taking too long or become undeliverable if you deleted
    the post.

  • Vedova Sagl will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer by using the services provided.

    Payments

    • Payments are processed using Credit Card Processor’s secure system, with no
      sensitive financial information being input through our website. Secure
      method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption.
    • Payments
      are processed automatically on the due date, any skipped payment will
      result in service suspension until payments are made. Credit Card Processor will
      automatically debit between 3-5 days for the skipped payment, any
      further failure will result in your subscription being suspended, and
      services canceled.
    • Any cancellation/termination of subscription
      must be done from your own Credit Card Processor dashboard and Vedova Sagl is not
      liable for any debits made by Credit Card Processor for skipped payments for suspended
      subscriptions.
    • Your service subscription will continue on auto
      renewal based on the schedule you have opted in until terminated. To
      use the service you must provide to the Credit Card Processor current and valid card details,
      which you may update from time to time. Unless you cancel your
      subscription before your next due date, you authorize auto renewal of
      your subscription to your Credit Card Processor Account. Details related to your
      subscription can be reviewed by accessing your Credit Card Processor dashboard using
      your login credentials. Alternatively, users can email
      hello@vedova.ch to obtain specific details regarding your
      subscription.
    • You agree that upon subscribing our services, that
      you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not
      file a fraudulent dispute via Credit Card Processor. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file
      a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to terminate your
      account and/or permanently ban your IP address.

    Support

    • Our customer support team at hello@vedova.ch is always
      eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely
      manner for any enquiry for service related issues you may face. While
      we do try to respond within 1 hour of any email, please do allow up to
      12hours for a response as sometimes there may be delays due to many
      request/tickets.
    • Our billing support team at
      hello@vedova.ch will assist you with any accounting, charges,
      claims or enquiry related with your account or order. All responses
      will be within 24hours.

    Refund Policy

    • Service subscriptions rendered are based on our cancel anytime
      policy to terminate. When you cancel/terminate all services stop
      immediately and any unused services is forfeited
    • You will
      receive a full refund credit on any payment made to your account if the
      subscription or it’s renewal paid is non deliverable due to any
      unforeseen circumstances on our part.
    • Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
    • Please
      do not make duplicate or multiple service signups at the any time for
      the same social media account/user ID/Post to avoid duplicates.
    • Service
      disruption due to Account suspension for non- payment or missed
      /skipped payments do not qualify for a refund. Be sure to take note of
      the subscription auto renewal dates and ensure your payment account is
      in good standing.
    • Vedova Sagl will refund any payment
      received for services BEFORE the subscribed service term begins,
      services that are terminated/ cancelled or if any errors made in the
      subscriptions.
    • You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a charge back against us for any reasons BEFORE you
      have contacted BILLING SUPPORT at hello@vedova.ch with a full
      description of your grouses so that we may resolve them. All emails sent
      here will be recorded and responded within 24hours. Any breech of this
      term will be deemed as abuse of our policy and your account may result
      termination of all future orders, or/and a ban from our site.

    Product not-as-described: such issues should be
    reported to within 14 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence
    must be provided proving that the purchased service is not as it is
    described on the website and or this Terms of Service. Complaints which
    are based on the customer’s false expectations or wishes will NOT be
    honored and deemed fraudulent or abuse

    Non-delivery of the service: in some cases
    the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your
    orders to finish. If the order is delayed by 24 hours or more, we
    recommend contacting customer service hello@vedova.ch for
    assistance and we will manually attend to your order. If the order was
    not resolved within 24hours of contacting customer service as above,
    You may file a claim and any Claims for non-delivery must be submitted
    to Billing Support at hello@vedova.ch in writing within 7 days
    from the order placing date. Otherwise the campaign will be considered
    completed.

    Unauthorised Transaction: Fraudulent activity such as
    using unauthorized or stolen account/ credit cards will lead to
    immediate termination of your account and a total PERMANENT ban from our
    entire site. There are no exceptions.

    • While we try to be accommodating of extenuating circumstances ,
      we do not condone abuse of our terms and/or our refund policy , thus ,
      All decisions made regarding disputes or refunds are binding and final.
    • If
      you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a completion of
      service delivery, we will deem this as abuse of our refund policy and
      we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our
      site.
